Anyone try "Blu Cigs"?
Got this as a gift for Chirstmas... It seems to satiate my desire for the "real thing" quite well! Although I've never been a heavy smoker at all. Maybe twice a week or so. But this thing gives me freedom to enjoy without worrying about the 200+ carcinogens in cigarettes.

(The gift was given to me by someone who quit smoking using these... Their remarks were that these made quitting extremely easy.)

1. What are they?
I never heard of them. I'm interested because there are two people who I'm trying to get to quit smoking.

2. Check it...
Oh... They are electronic cigarettes. They are cigarettes that do not burn, instead they look exactly like normal cigarettes but use an atomizer to deliver the nicotine and flavor. It's really slick. No second-hand smoke, no burning of anything... It's just water vapor.

The nicotine (or non-nicotine) cartridges are made in the USA and have quite a nice flavor. I am enjoying the classic tobacco as I type this...

6. I haven't heard of Blu Cigs
but I got a Premium electronic cigarette starter kit for Christmas. I don't much care for the flavor that came with the kit but I'm going to try some other flavors. It would be nice if I could just use the e-cigarette and quit the 'analogs' as they are now called by e-cigarette smokers. Analog, that cracks me up.

8. I'm trying the FUMA electronic cigarette
I just got one today at the local "Cheap Tobacco" store. I went all day yesterday without a cigarette - didn't even use the gum... but today as the end of work neared, I knew I would break down and buy a pack if I didn't try something else...

I totally wished I would have actively planned for quitting and gotten the Blu Cig - it sounds like a better brand with more options. The FUMA doesn't have the step-down.

9. I just purchased the Joye Ego
I prefer the drip method and currently am enjoying the 24mg vanilla.
I purchased drip tips as an add-on.

It came in a kit with two batteries, 2 atomizers, a cone, and 5 empty cartridges and a usb/wall charger.
I don't care for the cigarette flavors, so that is why I chose the empty carts.

I got mine from e-cigsupply out of Arizona.

The kit was $54.95 on sale. First time buyers get a discount.

I am loving it!

11. Im really thinking about buying these.....
I've been a "social smoker", nice terms for someone who smokes a freakin pack when they drink a few, for about 15 years now. However a devastating break up this summer led me to smoking a few each day as well. Now I am concerned about looking like leatherface or something due to the cigs and am trying to quit. However, whenever I head to the bar - which is pretty much every weekend - I still smoke. I think my desire to smoke is mainly psychological, and am wondering if these would fill that craving. I only know 2 people IRL that tried them and both went back to regular cigs.
