1. Something called "Italian Nested Eggs".
It is a spinach, tomato, and creamy Italian dressing based casserole with deviled eggs (also made with creamy Italian) nested into the top. I have no idea where my wife got the recipe, but she's been making it for me for about 20 years now and I love it.

3. No, but I can ask her to try to dig it up for me. It will probably be tomorrow afternoon, earliest.
She's going to get home from karate any minute and since it was the first day back at her day job after vacation I'm sure she'll be wiped. She gets off early afternoon tomorrow so I'll see if she can dig it up.

5. Can never go wrong with steak and lobster! But I couldn't do it every day, much as I love it.
So, my favorite dinner would be a thick dry-aged Porterhouse grilled to medium-rare crispy crust perfection with lots of pepper, a fresh Maine lobster, a pile of mashed potatoes like they make at Del Frisco's, and if I can, some giant shrimp cocktail, a couple raw oysters, crispy duck breast, and some foie gras for an appetizer and a bitchen salad of greens with a light vinaigrette.

As to a "could eat it (just about) every day" favorite dinner - shrimp and rice, both cooked in any of the many ways that they can be cooked. (and vegetables must play a role in that as well).
