So, tomorrow I move into what will be me and my fiancee's first apartment
First time living with a woman. A bit nervous, but all in all okay. She's not going to be there for a couple weeks though. So I get to claim it as mine then boss her around like it's my place.

But seriously....

Yeah we got a little two bedroom apartment in an older but renovated building on the 7th floor. I wanted another one but it was too expensive and I didn't want her to resent the first place we get cause of the price. But, this one will suit us, I think.

Now to buy toaster ovens and spatulas! Azzah!

3. Is cohabitiation frowned upon in China?
Or are you back in Canada?

My exchange student leaves in 2 weeks.

She didn't want to do ANYTHING except
watch anime and chat with her friends,
so that's what I've let her do, outside
of the usual dinners out and shopping.

She is so totally regulated in her daily
life, that I let her choose what to do
with her own time.

She will be returning to the US in a couple
of years to go to college.

She says she will be going to Yale, and I
believe her!

4. They ALL say that
I hope she does, for her sake. But the over-regulation of their lives is so unhealthy. My landlord asked if he could bring his 13-year-old daughter over so I could help her with her oral english cause she had a test coming and needed help. So, I sat down with her to help her pronounciation. In the midst of all this I asked her what she did for fun she said, "I don't have fun. I study." But in a defeated "God kill me now, please" kind of way. It was very sad, they have their childhoods robbed from them.

I don't watch reality TV, so you are it.

Congrats. :)
