it. I couldn't see the correction so I said "no no no no! you have it wrong". The drive through person was ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS AT ME. I won't go into it but I'm going to have to find another place to have my weekly treat to myself. I've been through too much in my life to put up with **** like that.
Isn't it supposed to be the customers who act out? LOL!

1. I've been having trouble with my hospital faxing prescription refills to my pharmacy... |

. . . . ...BIG trouble... and I asked one of the clerical people who I could talk with about WHY that was so. She got huffy and said the med asst would come back and talk with me (I was headed for a routine test). She came back herself and gave me all sorts of hoops that I could jump through to make sure THEIR system functioned correctly. I pushed back, but got nothing but more attitude. . The nurse who performs my weekly test (a sweetheart) found my BP to be a little elevated ("no WONDER", she said -- looking in the direction of the departed clerical worker). She also gave me her private number and told me to feel free to call her directly if I had any problems in the future. . . . Yin and yang there, folks. . . . WHAT a sweetheart. . . .
