The new guy has reached a professional level of "production", as they call the number of patients one sees in a day.

I had five no-shows today, and if they had all shown up, I would have seen 24 patients, total. I come home too tired to even post on DU most nights.

I really have missed you, my friends.

Weekend's coming. We can catch up then...

7. I will. I had some nice patients today.

A couple of my trouble patients showed up on the schedule this morning. But they didn't show up in clinic. So that was a relief. It allowed me to do clinical medicine without wanting to facepalm every minute or so.

The PA's were great, my parents had great care.
