My best friend from high school lost her husband this morning. Dave was envolved in a traffic accident and died this morning.

Dave was probably one of the coolest, funniest and most wonderful person I know. He met Debby and turned her life around. He was her soulmate, lover and best friend. Even his ex-wife was still a great part of their lives and became one of Debby's closest pals and still a good friend to her ex-husband. His children love Debby as their step-mom and buddy. Debby and I have shared so much over the years and when I met my partner, Debby and David were there to share in our happiness in Vegas when we got married.

It's times like this that we should all take the ones we love to heart and realize what joy that they bring to our live.

David Sudjian, you are blessing in my life. I'll miss you always.

15. You are a lucky person to have had such a good friend

and the continuing friendship of those he left behind.After some personal crisis last year involving my kidney disease, I was rescued by my friends who came forward to donate one of their kidneys for a transplant which has been successful. After this experience, I realized that the real wealth we have is our common shared humanity.
So long as we realize we are our brother's keepers, there is hope for all of us.
