There is good news for me today.
Mailman just delivered the "Release of Lean/Satisfaction Of Mortgage papers.

All I got to do now is take it to the County Clerk's office and file it.

just found out a friend named Rudy Jaramillo (The Rudy Boy Experiment), a good young blues player, is gonna be at SXSW; don't know exactly when or where.
Once again, glad to hear that you got his bit of business out of the way. Don't know when, but I swear I'm gonna get to Austin one of these days....
