i think the whole armless iraqi boy (little ali abbas) earlier this week triggered this latest rage i have... that, and an ugly confrontation i had a few days ago with this skank redneck over bush...

i just wanna vent by kicking some ass...

1. Goitta direct the rage

Send some letters to the editor or congress. Use that rage for something. My latest rage is because of the Cali recall. I hate Arnold and I signed up to work for the dems.

it's getting so obvious at work too (my political beliefs) because i'm constantly complaining and venting about how fucking biased our coverage is... hope i don't get fired... on the other hand, maybe that's what needs to happen...

Hey Newsguy,

I read quite a bit here but don't post much (mostly because I'm too busy to actively participate for more than one post), and one of the main reasons I come here so often is to find others who are equally outraged.

I will say that if you are a member of the media then you would do us all a service by working within your publication to influence the public discourse. It seems to me that Dems in general and liberals specifically lose the general publics attention because they allow the discussion or debate to be framed by conservatives in such a way that the outcome is almost a foregone conclusion. I certainly try to inject some realization of the big picture on the occasions that I deal with the press, but I don't write the articles or stories.

Maybe you ought to go over and throw open the window...well, you know the drill.

5. call me a wuss or girly or whatever

but everytime i see video of him, i just lose it...

he's just pitiful... today i watched more video of him at work (mistake), arriving at the hospital in london with an american army hat on... he had a shirt and tie on and someone had to feed him his water... i just lost it, right there in the newsroom... not a pretty site... i'm so angry about this i don't know what to do... what a blatant injustice and evil, and the americans don't give two shits... i really feel like i'm gonna lose it soon... my heart just aches for that boy...
