2. You see? Shakespeare was perfectly capable of writing a clear lucid sentence.
Context is everything! B-)

3. I think that this one is your best yet!
Perfect, my dear Aristus!

Wow.

Thank you!

I think you should post this in GD. It deserves to be on the Greatest Page, and I'm sure it would go there.

10. Blood and destruction shall be so in use
Edited on Mon May-02-11 07:24 PM by rug
And dreadful objects so familiar
That mothers shall but smile when they behold
Their infants quarter'd with the hands of war;
All pity choked with custom of fell deeds:
And Caesar's spirit, ranging for revenge,
With Ate by his side come hot from hell,
Shall in these confines with a monarch's voice
Cry 'Havoc,' and let slip the dogs of war;
That this foul deed shall smell above the earth
With carrion men, groaning for burial.

Julius Caesar, Act 3, Scene 1

11. That's a good one. Shakespeare really gave Mark Antony a lot to do in 'Julius Caesar'.
Perhaps as an apology-in-advance for what Will was going to do to Antony in 'Antony And Cleopatra.' Mark does not come off well in that one, and Cleo has all the best lines...
