wtf?

I have been working my ample ass off the last few weeks (months?) and tonight I had to go turn a pump off that is almost half way to town. So I said fuck it and went to McD's to pick up a pile-o-burgers to feed the humans. I order a dozen off their dollar menu and fries to go with and the guy asks if I could come inside to order that! :wtf:

I said well, not really - I came here because I was all grubby and smelled like a stock pen. Isn't that half the point of a DRIVE THROUGH restaurant - getting to DRIVE THROUGH???

but this was before I got to the pay window - it was at the menu board/speaker

there were a few cars in line but nobody inside at all so maybe they just wanted the counter crew to do some work, I don't know

2. They have to follow EPA rules you know.

Anything over four is considered toxic waste and can only be removed from the store by the consumer. :P

and no profitable products like liquid corn syrup, but that was the first time I have ever been asked to come inside to order

but they brought them out pretty fast, really.

I have never been asked to come inside from the drive-through lane. That was weird.

Maybe it's simply getting crowded in your neighborhood, huh?
