Pictures from our trip to Cleveland last weekend

Jen and I decided to go up to Cleveland last weekend and visit the house from the movie A Christmas Story and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We stayed downtown at the Doubletree hotel which is also within walking distance of the Hall of Fame. The Christmas Story house was just a few minutes away by car. I was very pleased with my Civic on the trip. We got about 39 mpg.

They wouldn't let us take pictures inside most of the Hall of Fame, but here's Janis Joplin's car.




We were inside the Hall for about 5 hours and I think that's what it takes to fully appreciate it. My feet were aching and I was going through nicotine and Diet Coke withdrawal by the time we got back to the car.




We had a good time up there and it's a trip that I'll always remember.

Have always enjoyed the RRHOF. I LOVE Christmas Story. Didn't know you could visit the house!
