They say he's gay for his looks. They say he sounds gay. (How the hell do you sound gay?) They put him down because younger girls like him. (He’s boyish looking, and despite what people say, he does have natural good looks.) They say he has no talent. (Yet he can sing? ) They say he got famous too easily. (He’s been street performing/performing since about 10-11. I'd say 6/5 years of waiting to get noticed isn't that fast.)

Then they compare him to other talents and put him down, saying he’s worse than a fly, and then, they go to the length of wishing for his death. .... I don't understand the wishing for his death and gay jokes. What the hell is wrong with people?

I think she has a beautiful voice. BUT being originally from Canada myself I think it is shameful that the government bestowed on her the "Order of Canada" one of Canada's highest civilian honors. What the HELL has she done to deserve it???!!!She is just a singer! They have cheapened the order by giving it to any famous Canadian Tom Dick or Celine.

I don't understand the hate phenomena over celebs unless they've done something horrible. I get why a lot of people can't stand Mel Gibson...but Justin Bieber? When kids in his age group vent their frustration over not being successful performers themselves, it's one thing, but it's creepy when adults do it.

She says that anyone who stands above the group in some way, or makes themselves noticeable, is liable to get their head chopped off simply for being taller, or a standout.

It is jealousy, but it is also about being critical of anyone who is different.

from what I can tell, neither one has done anything to hurt anyone else. I can understand being uninterested in a celebrity, but to harbor feelings of hate for someone you don't even know, and never will know, and who has never actually done anything to you, or done anything to harm anyone, is just weird to me.
