Reliable Online Criminal Background Check....

...My daughters boyfriend was pulled over Saturday for a traffic offense and when they ran his ID he had a warrant outstanding for not making a scheduled court appearance a year ago on conditions of felony charges. They booked him in the county jail and this morning had his arraignment. I took my daughter to the session and stood in the back of the courtroom and heard them process him through....they are releasing him later today against the wishes of the prosecutor into a halfway program day contact program...In the prosecutor argument she stated he has had 5 warrants for previous criminal activity in which he failed to show.

So does anyone know of a good reliable online criminal background check program or where you can get this info for free,I want to know more about him that I haven't been told of yet..

And my daughter unfortunately is sadly addicted to this clown.

1. I had this buddy who got in trouble with the law,
and I was able to visit a county-court related website and find out (through name search) what he was charged with (as opposed to what he said he did).

And there was some information about previous offenses that I hadn't heard about -- or had heard a very different story about.

However, I "remember" this as being limited to offenses within the county's jurisdiction (afaik, he's rarely been out of it for the last 18 years roughly).

If such information isn't available online, maybe the DA's office will help.

2. many states have good websites to check.
if you are in Wisconsin check out ccap. I know Illinois, Minnesota and Missouri have similar sites but I do not remember what they are called. It's all public info.
