9. It pains this lifelong Vikings fan to admit

that the Packer team I saw last night might be the most frightening offensive juggernaut since Dick Vermeil's "Greatest Show on Turf" Rams of a decade ago or the 1998 (Cunningham/Moss, 15-1) Vikings. The day Peyton Manning and Tom Brady retire Aaron Rodgers will clearly be the best QB in a league full of excellent young QBs. He made it look like a video game against a decent Saints defense. If the Saints didn't have Brees, the Pack could have named their score. Ye gods, that was terrifying.

That said, I expect the Vikes to win nine or ten games, and the Bears are still the Munsters of the Midway.
