2. Several huge personnel changes
I actually think Mike Pinder (the keyboardist, and the guy introduced John Lennon to the Mellotron for "Strawberry Fields") was the only original member to have stuck around, and he left in the '70s.

3. My one and only Moody Blues concert
was in the late 1990s. It was just plain excellent.

4. I saw them with the Dallas Symphony in the early '90s.
And yeah, they were absolutely terrific.

I've always been a big fan of the Moodies, regardless of their numerous line-up changes and subsequent changes in their style.
