'True Blood' hunk Joe Manganiello and fiance call off engagement

September 16, 2011 -- 'True Blood' star, Joe Manganiello, and his fiance, Audra Marie have split. It appears the wedding won't be happening as planned. The couple have decided to end their relationship after a year and a half of dating.

"It's totally over," a source told Us Weekly of the 'True Blood' star's relationship. "It was a long time coming. They'll both be better off for it," another insider added. Joe Manganiello has made a name for himself by playing hunky werewolf Alceide on the hit HBO vampire series.

This break-up comes at an ironic time for Joe, as his 'True Blood' character ended things with his on-screen fiance, Debbie in the final episodes of season three. Debbie's character went on to die in the finale, but now Manganiello seems to be single all the way around.
