Breaking: Place In France Orders Women To Wear Pants

Reversing a longstanding local tradition, and in line with other recent French moves to regulate public behavior, the governing council of that place in Feance where the women don't wear pants has relented to mounting pressure and issued a new ordinance requiring those women to put their pants on.

In a compromise, they have decided to keep the hole in the wall wear the men see it all, but some disappointed local men have suggested that, with the women wearing pants, they can no longer see it all, nor is there much point in looking through the hole.
