I don't think I've written a letter by hand in a decade, except for christmas cards. When I cook I often don't do it from scratch but buy premade food (I know it is bad for you, I know). I don't dance around my apartment anymore for exercise. I don't shop for clothes anymore.

5. I'm very close to buying no music on physical formats.

I buy MP3's from eMusic. Have been since the day the opened in the 90's.
Used to have to download all night long for a few tunes (over dial-up)!

Approaching 40 gigs of MP3's now. Every one of them paid for.

I don't know how long that's going to last but I just started.

7. Buy anything without reading the label. Buy fast food, junk food or commercial soda products.

I rarely eat in restaraunts, and not because of the expense. Awareness of how unsafe our food supply is has changed everything about my life as a consumer.
