Because I had a prostate ultrasound/biopsy about 3 weeks ago.
And I have an infection in...well, a quite tender spot.
Now I'm on Cipro, and pain medication.

and had to take Cipro. It didn't seem to work at first, and I was worried that I'd have to go in for further testing, but a second round finally cleared it up. Drink lots of water with the Cipro.
