It's a little unclear about the outcome. Video ends too soon.

But he stands his ground very well. And the cop screwed up to begin with.

4. I'm of two minds on this

1. Texas may not have a stop and identify statute but I bet they have a law requiring you to have a DL while driving and requiring that you submit that DL when asked. So, the kid was probably wrong there.

2. That said, the smartest thing that kid ever did was stop answering the cop's questions.
