I'm having a mild party for one

I had a dr appointment Thursday, so did not take any muscle relaxers so that we could see how
my sacroiliac joint is doing...ick....that's another story.

And this morning i did not feel like i needed one.
But I had several errands to run today, and ow. I really needed one this afternoon but
didn't take one. ouch. Well I probably should have taken one, but I didn't.

Instead, I bought a bottle of red to go with my dinner when I went to get groceries this afternoon.
Ouch backing out of my parking spot. Ouch bringing in the groceries too.

Only two glasses, nothing crazy. Unfortunately, I'm not a drunk. ;)
not hurting as much now :) and the heating pad helps.

tomorrow NO wine, just water and muscle relaxers.

1. I try not to take pain meds before I go to Physical Therapy so I don't mask any symptoms/signs.

But I make SURE I take some when my sessions are done as the exercise
and manipulations can cause some pretty harsh soreness later on.

GREAT thing about red wine... it only takes a glass or two to produce
a sensation I refer to as "fireplace in a bottle".
