Should I shave my head and do the "Breaking Bad" do?

Complete with goatee?

I tried growing the hair longer, to cover up said bald spots. But it ends up clumping together, accentuating my baldness.

1. Yes, but.
Not shorter than stubble-length and without the goatee. Go with the stubble beard if you want facial hair.

The bald head goatee look is awful. I know Walt's a doofus but he's not that big of a doofus and someone should have told him.

3. Okay, come up with something novel then.
But the goatee is kind of terrible. I've seen it look good on one person, one of my clients at the bank and that's because he grew the goatee out to a length of 2" or so. Also he's a jazz musician and wears a porkpie hat all the time so people assume he's a strange bird.

I dunno. Maybe the florentine: beard and mustache combo, not connected.

4. Depends on your skull.
I shaved my head many years ago only to find out that I have a gorilla skull. Luckily, at 44, I still have a full head of hair so I can hide it. My buddy shaves his head, but he has a perfectly proportioned skull so it is a good look for him.

6. I'm sure that your prehensile feet compensate for your gorilla skull

7. 5 o'clock shadow on head? No.
Not cool.
Pain in the ass to shave it every day.
Go with a very short buzz.
Electric clipper with about a 3/8" to 1/2" comb attached.
Easy peasey.
And it's what I do about every two weeks.
And...it's FREE, once you buy the clipper.

14. Yes. Trying to hide a bald spot is never a success.
It's much easier to look bad when you aren't hiding behind hair

15. I went from a ponytail and full beard to shaved head and goatee
That was over nine years ago, and I'll never grow my hair out again. Yes, I have a receding hairline, but even without that, I think I'd keep shaving. I shave twice a week, and it looks much better now.
