7. Having just spent an excruciating month
trying to get Comcast internet, I can relate to that.

Their favorite trick (aside from not finding my house and sending the wrong crew when they did) was the robo calls to confirm the appointment. They called twice (no caller ID to indicate Comcast); if you did not answer the phone for any reason to punch #1 to confirm you would be home for the appointment, they CANCELLED the job. I got it hooked up yesterday, but I'm still in recovery.
