3. Like I said on that thread the neti pot is weird but I now use spray saline

and it has definitely cleared up some sinus issues. Glad you like it!

5. I never smoked any of that neti pot, but the stuff I had either cleared me up or clogged me up.

Gym sock weed was a good way to clog up the sinuses. But Thunderfuck and other red-haired buds (I mean pot - what were you thinking?) usually cleared me out really well.

12. It's actually not like that.

First, one of the things that makes waterboarding so awful is that you are blindfolded and have no clue when you're gonna get hit with water. Second - waterboarding you are on your back so water into your nose in a way where it feels like drowning. To properly work the neti pit you should angle your head on it's side and allow the water to stream thru your nose - in one nostril and out the other thanks to the wonders of gravity.

It feels alll good inside when you do it.

There was one particular day when I really hit the jackpot, so to speak, at dislodging junk. I have no idea what I did right, but I try to recreate it each time I use my Neti pot.

35. oddly enough, I just bought one last night

I'd heard about the wonders, but also heard it's not good for those afraid of swimming, like myself. Finally was at my wit's end with getting a congestion headache almost every morning, even using 12 hr. pseudoephredine.

It took a couple tries to get it right, and did bring back some bad memories of swimming class in jr. high, but I was determined to get past the unpleasantness and find relief as a reward.

Now after only two treatments I already feel better, feels like a lot more oxygen is flowing and the sinus pressure has reduced a lot. Even the puffy sinus lines around my nose that make me look older has reduced, a nice side effect.

Once I got it down right and got used it it really is kind of fun, if I dare say, and I really wish I had dared tried it years ago!
