I get the Flu shot every year with no issues. I get vaccinated a lot for trips and in the past for

the military. I have no issues from any of that.

1. Most people don't react badly to flu vaccines. I don't. But a few do -

and those reactions can be highly unpleasant. So if somebody chooses not to get a flu shot because they are afraid of getting a bad reaction - I guess that's their choice. I had a bad case of the flu once, thought I'd have to get better in order to die. Because I don't want to repeat that experience I always get the shots, but the shots don't make me sick.

2. I agree. I simply object to the idea that vaccines=bad because of a few people who might be

sensitive to them. In fact, those who make the vaccines readily provide the statistics on their safety.

I have a chronic illness and I've NEVER had a bad reaction to a vaccine. I have had all the standard ones, plus Hep A, Hep B, H1N1 last year and small pox about 10 years ago. Most people I know, also know that reactions they might have a generally much much milder than a true flu.
