2. I heard about some football players (famous Univ.)who cooked a cantaloupe in a microwave
but I would doubt you are going to use it for what THEY used it for

3. Not sure about a convection oven, but we cook 'em at 450 for 3 hours.

11. How do you stuff your watermelon...better yet, how do you empty it to stuff it
and what do you do with the stuff you take out? Sound too complicated for me. I just bake it whole like god intended.

Then turn off the oven and put the broiler on High till the rind blisters and gets dark brown...

Cut a hole and put a nice red apple in it. Serve immediately.
