Why does DU3 not let me in?

9. I had to type in a new security question and answer. Is your security question blank?

I did that. Got booted out. And the whole thing then worked for me.

10. I am having a problem also.

It will not recognize my password. And then when I clicked on the forgot my password button to get a new password, it did not recognize my e-mail address. I have the same password and e-mail address for years.

12. I get the yellow banner telling

me that I'm viewing an obsolete version of DU. But when I click on Visit the New DU it will not open. What can I do? The Moderators will not answer my questions.

13. You have to re enter your login information. It gives you the option of using

a new password.
