Cleveland, Ohio -
A public meeting will be held to discuss the presidential vote recount on
Sunday, December 5
at 2:30 pm,
at the First United Methodist Church,
located at Euclid and East 30th,
in Cleveland, Ohio.
At the Cleveland meeting, representatives of the recount project will present information about the recount processes and timelines. Volunteers will meet the regional and county recount leaders, and form county teams for breakout sessions. The Cleveland meeting will focus on activities in seven counties of Northeast Ohio - Cuyahoga, Lake, Medina, Summit, Geauga, Portage, and Lorain. The Northeast Ohio recount leader, Richard Reinoehl, will be on hand to answer questions.
Northeast Ohio's efforts are part of a state-wide recount of presidential ballots which was filed for by members of the Green and Libertarian parties, because of discrepancies in Ohio's election results.
