$9 billion is a lot of money. Money that our schools could be using to make sure that no child is left behind, money our EPA could use to make sure our skies are clear and our forests are healthy, and money that could be used to make sure our Grandparents have the health insurance they need.

I mentioned the expired food served to the troops by Halliburton, as well as their handing over leftover food in garbage bags to coalition troops, despite their commitment to serve them their respective ethnic foods.

Also mentioned the troops' families having to pay for their protective body gear.

It's hard to believe that the Senate didn't require a more stringent accounting of this money!

Nine Billion dollars is a significant amount of money. This money could be used to assist needy seniors with much needed prescription medications. It could provide services to American Veterans. It could avoid the continued cuts in mental health funding that result in thousands of individuals being ejected onto the streets every year due to lack of available services. This money must be accounted for!
