By the way - do you know if there is a problem with this graphic?

I took it out of my sig line because a fellow DUer said it was trying some kind of attack to his packet blocker or something.
I didn't understand him. You seem to know what you're doing, (I am a big Fan!) what do you think, is there some kind of mal-ware feature to it I am not aware of?
I would really like to put it back in my sig.
It was made in Image-ready if that helps any.

17. My only issue with the DU logo is the color...

I like Green. Perhaps a whole line of shirts, different colors. Can you do that? With Skinners OK, of course. :P

Reminds me of growth and new beginnings!
A good color.
I believe that the blue is to represent the democratic blue (as opposed to the radical right red).
I see no reason you can not have green if you wanted it.
The graphics part is easy, with graphics the only limitation is imagination.
I'm sure Skinner will have no problem with members who create there own and would only be concerned with the mis-use of "The Democratic Underground" name and logo.
I think I will make a green one to see how it looks, if it comes out well, I will post a graphic for you.

21. I Can Make Up A Selection of Logo Colors And They Offer

a couple of color shirts. The thing it the color it it printed on maked up the white component of the image, I'd definitelyu suggest white shirts with a selection of colors on the logo which is pretty easy.

Although whoever made the original is really the logical person to work with it. I'd hate to step on their toes. I dig the logo a lot and surely I'd not improve on it. Think on it...

After reading everything about the Andy scandal and walldude's fiasco I'm getting paranoid. Some of these whackjobs from Freak Republic and other wingnuts are obviously out for blood (literally and/or figuratively). Wearing something like that just seems to be equivalent to painting a target on yourself.

19. Unfortunately, you are probably right

I would wear one anyway, because most freeptards can not shoot worth a damn and would likely miss.
Also, personally, few things scare me now that my wife is battling cancer and has so much pain to deal with. I just plain don't care about threats to myself anymore.
Like my grandpa used to say, "they can kill ya, but they can't eat ya".
I'm not sure of his exact meaning but he learned that phrase in WW2.

...and in a * lover area. I get lots of dirty looks (love it), but I also have people come up to me to tell me they love my shirt.
