What sort of software do I need to do this on my PC?

3. Make your own videos with a Mac

If you want to have fun with live footage instead of Flash animation, Buy a Mac and a DV bridge.

Plug your VCR into the DV bridge and fire wire it to your Mac

then use iMovie and IDVD to make your own DVDs

You can edit with iMovie and if you want to take it to the next level, use FInal Cut

I've made several Farting Bush DVDs where I have him farting a la the Tilton videos.

I also made a Farting Tony Blair video too!
