*Skinner* - Suggestion for Thread Organization
What do you think of having specific threads for each assignment? For example:

1) An "Assignment" thread, containing an explanation of the assignment. This is where people could post questions about the assignment in general.

2) A "Review" thread where people could post their letters to request help with editing, content or fact-checking.

3) A "Results" thread. For example, people could post links to published letters, or responses from the editors.

I addressed the post to Skinner (hoping to catch his eye,) but any comments are welcome.

1. The collective conclusion & the Bookmark Project
Edited on Thu Jul-14-05 02:28 PM by firefox
I am not a member of your group, but I sure applaud your idea. Everyone is trying to put enough of the puzzle together to come to certain conclusions. Having an informed group present a collection of facts and analysis in pursuit of conclusions is great. Everyone is in search of "The results."

It would be a study of collective thought and collective conclusions. It is the evolvement of the Internet and I hope your idea is adopted.

Edit to add- I believe in a concept that might be best expressed in "victory by list" where the top 10 weblinks present the conclusion. I think that if your group could produce the top ten links on various subjects it could give you an immediate organizational challenge and some direction.

I wish your first results could present us with conclusions on the top ten weblinks for a subject. Using a cannabis perspective, I would like your collective results present a "top ten links" for video sources on the Internet on cannabis/hemp/laughing grass, the top ten books on cannabis and its prohibition, the top ten quotes on the subject, the top ten websites, and the top ten articles.
