Frequency of Actions

Even though it might not be mandatory to do every action, we should be doing AT LEAST two actions a week, IMHO, and once this thing gets rolling, a new action should be up for optional doing every weekday, or six days a week. We do NOT need to wait even for the completion of one deadline, especially for certain actions that should become routine (the Amnesty International case-of-the-week, for example)
Each action can have separate threads for discussions and for people printing eg their LTTEs and another for reporting that they got published if they did. This can get into a kind of routine, a baseline, from which even MORE interesting actions could be built.

Within the framework of near daily actions available to do, with a requirement of at least, say, participation in 30% of them per month, there could be a special category of "INNOVATIVE" actions in terms of focus or method, and have one every week or two.

We don't need to start at that pace but we should be thinking of getting to that pace -- that's how we would really use our numbers.
Four actions a week with equal participation would be FOUR Times as much stuff, plus people would be able to focus in on the issues they are REALLY interested in. We should start next week IMHO with at LEAST TWO actions per week, and THREE the following week.
