The bill take away YOUR right to justice and a day in court by giving immunity from liability law to a gun industry that includes:
--neoNazi supporter Gaston Glock
--convicted tax cheat Sun Myung Moon
--the Bullseye Gun Shop in Tacoma, which remains open despite arming both the Beltway Sniper and Buford Furrow AND "losing track of " nearly 300 othe rguns.

Bill Frist delayed action on the Defense Approprations Bill so that he could try to pass this disgraceful bill. (Screw the Troops--the GOP Supports the Beltway Sniper!")

A defeat on this bill means that Frist will have accomplished nothing as Majority Leader EXCEPT the Terry Schiavo fiasco in this session's action. Please sign.

I suspect the reason Frist's trying to bring up stem cells at the 11th hour is because he's having trouble pushing this turkey through and without he's got no accomplishment...late e-mails may shut it down.
