Seed Idea: Immediately after the 2004 U.S. Presidential voting fiasco, mainstream media noticed how bloggers kept shouting about the need for voting accountability. That large resounding shout faded somewhat with time as we scattered to individually blog on many other current issues.

The PBU weekly exercise is an attempt to bring back the collective shout.
