GOP Rushes Aid to Millionaires as Gulf Coast Struggles


Days after Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast, the country remains in crisis. The situation of Americans trapped by flooding grows increasingly desperate, and government resources and planning have proven woefully inadequate. So what are the Bush Administration and Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist planning on doing? They're moving ahead with a plan to further starve federal coffers by calling a vote to repeal the estate tax -- possibly as soon as Tuesday!

if the Republicans are going to do this anyway and win on it - or even come close - I can't think of a better time to point out to the country where their priorities lie and make them wear this now and until the 2006 elections.
