9/24 rally and march in Tucson, AZ
I've also posted this in the Arizona forum, but hoping to reach more people who may not read the state threads. Let's show em Tucson cares too!!
(info provided to me via email after my inquiry about rally details on tucson peace calendar website -peacecalendar.org. Also included is info for the 9/12 planning of the event):

What we are planning for Tucson:
10:00 AM Rally at Catalina Park
(4th Ave. & 2nd St.)
11:00 AM March for Peace down Speedway to a Noon
to 1:00 pm Picket for one hour at military recruiter's offices on
Speedway between Campbell Ave. and Tucson Blvd.

Slogans for action include but are not limited to the following: End
the War on Iraq!
Bring the troops home - NOW!
Leave no bases behind!
Invest in our communities
Books not bombs!
Healthcare not Warfare!
No blood for Oil!

10:00 AM Rally at Catalina Park
