...Innocent and wrongfully convicted of a murder he did not commit. Confessed murderer, Joseph Gardner, falsely testified against Swenson in exchange for leniency and to protect his accomplices, Maurice Jamison, Shawn Meehan, and David Bruce Connor.
Police et al, destroyed exculpatory evidence, altered reports, and committed perjury, while the victim's family bribed Law Enforcement, businesses, media, tampered witnesses and possibly jurors...
This, and much more corruption is revealed and confirmed in court transcripts, while a judge knowingly allowed the malfeasance. Swenson has served over 9 years, has been abused and tortured by guards, reports have been ignored, denied, covered-up by LE, FBI, media, et al, and Swenson's family is indigent.

1. Update

Joseph Gardner, confessed murderer of David Loucks, boasts to family and fellow inmates that he "lied against Shawn... Shawn didn't do nothin, but they (prosecutors) offered a deal", and how Joseph REALLY killed David Loucks, is "not what the cops think".'Meanwhile, Swenson's family has been stalked, threatened, and harassed by the Loucks family as well as Joseph Gardner's family and friends. When reported to Spokane Police Dept., Cpl. Dave Reagan responded, "no one here is interested, please stop emailing us".
The Loucks family are deeply involved with the Catholic church, Mafia, and corrupt Law Enforcement, and Trooper Tommy Johnson admitted in court that he accepted bribes from Allan Loucks, (the victim's father), and assisted him in illegally stalking Mr. Swenson.
Sonny Davis, the first officer to arrive at the scene of the crime, was later caught stealing $10,000 from a man shot by Seattle Police. Detective Kevin O'Keefe and former Detective Al Lima, working on the Loucks case, were later sued by Allan Loucks for theft and insurance fraud.
This case involves mass corruption and cover-ups, Allan Loucks has family in the media who report any (false) information Loucks submits.
This is typical of King County government, but those abusing their authority are never held accountable, while an innocent man languishes in a dangerous prison.

2. Seattle P-I Reporting Corruption in King County

At this time, the Seattle P-I is publishing a series of Special Reports on corruption within King County Law Enforcement, titled "Conduct Unbecoming".
This is the tip of the iceberg, the corruption extends beyond just LE, but includes Prosecutorial, Judicial, and Governmental corruption, in Seattle AND Spokane, WA..

Meanwhile, Swenson's family are being harassed and terrorized by confessed murderer Joseph Gardner's family members, et al. When reported to Spokane Cpl. Dave Reagan, the response is "no one here is concerned, please stop emailing us...".

Yet they publicly discourage citizens from taking the law into their own hands.

3. Know the Truth!

This is truly some B.S.!!!! Yes this is the real Maurice Jamerson. C.A.I. I respect what you stand for but you are way off if you think I had ANY part in that horrible crime!. And a black bag at the court house??? Give me a break. Come and talk to me like a real Man/Woman. Talk about not doing your due dilligence when posting a comment!! David Loucks and his family deserve way better that the crap you're trying to pull.
I'll stit down for an interview with you at anytime. My only stipulation is that you post a full retraction and apology for any comments that imply I had ANY involvement in that crime. The 2 people responsible for his murder are in jail. Others may be wrongfully imprisoned but Swenson is Guilty! So do yourself a favor and go help the true wrongfully convicted and not a liar trying to get a reduced sentence!!

4. Swenson is guilty!!

Oh and another thing.. you wrote, "Swenson was finally aquitted of deliberate cruelty charges" Yea but still was convicted of the murder just not the "deliberate cruelty" part. The way you have it written it makes it seem like Swenson was wrongfully convicted and then aquitted. NOT!!!!!
