Note: "Historic Gettysburg" and Adams County is overrun by Republicans. Our annual party budget usually runs under $10K, which might explain much of it. Gee, if we could put up a hammer or bat or maybe our ol' cannon Penelope, we'd be whippin' the other guys' butts. We win races even though they have fans, bags, nail files on top of every kind of sign and pamphlet.. We've barely got signs and literature (or voters). But we hold a majority of county offices. Our funding for the year is mostly provided by the annual apple harvest festival where we have a table to sell apple bread and fudge.</rant>

Democrats to Open Campaign Headquarters in Gettysburg

Gettysburg, PA (ACDC) - The Adams County Democratic Committee will hold a Grand Opening ceremony at its Campaign Headquarters at 233 West High Street in Gettysburg on Friday, September 26. The event will take place at 5:30PM. Candidates for county and municipal offices will be available during this time. The public is invited to attend.

But I'm wondering in the California Recall will be the "Gettysburg" of the Right Wing (the analogy of they being the South is apt) and it will all be down hill for the Right after October 7th.
