It's the complete four hour plus ceremony, but is easily maneuverable to get to wherever you want to see. In particular, check out Rick Kahn's so-called "controversial" speech. He may have spoken "intemperately", and in the heat of passion, but absolutely NO apologies are necessary ... certainly NOT to those scumbags.
