I have a plan to counter the new push to monitor our IP Addresses
Webmasters should agree to publish all government IP addresses that visit their websites.

So, if sexwithpuppies.com gets visitors from house.gov, then they should put that information in the public domain.

3. Search engines should publish the searches conducted by all govt agencies
For example, if someone from whitehouse.gov is doing searches for "hot military studs fucking puppies," they should publish it.
