Saturday, July 7 may be the most significant moment for the climate since the discovery of oil. On seven continents, millions of people are gathering for Live Earth, a historic music-filled event to raise awareness and demand real solutions to the climate crisis.

MoveOn members are joining the party. In thousands of living rooms, coffee houses, bars and back yards, we'll tune into the global broadcast. We'll watch a special preview of presidential candidates answering MoveOn members' questions on the climate. And we'll share a barbeque or potluck meal together. 1. MoveOn got their e-mail out pretty late

I already signed up for one at the Live Earth site -- there were different parties from Live Earth and from MoveOn. The one I signed up for has good attendance numbers -- 20 have signed up -- but none of the others have more than 3 people. Unfortunately, the address for the one I signed up for hasn't been posted. I sure hope they plan to post it before Saturday!
