Protest After Weekend Police Shooting

A protest of police action is underway after .... James Ware was shot several times by police and remains in serious condition at Wesley Medical Center ...

Police were called to break up a fight in the parking lot. Officers say 34-year-old Jay Ware pulled a gun and pointed it at them. Three different officers fired, all hitting Ware.

Witnesses say Ware was unarmed and shot in the back.

Police did confiscate a weapon from the scene ...
