Move forward, not left and right

Hey all DU'ers. I've started a group that focuses on the goal of moving forward, not left or right. So many people in this country simply throw insults at the other side and never actually move forward with any key issues. I'd like to change that, with your help. I believe that a group of informed, concerned citizens can facilitate change. Just like yesterday's Bloody Sunday anniversary showed us, people working together towards a common goal can yield significant results.

I guess it doesn't matter what they work on or work for. Lets have socials and bake sales. A movement devoid of ideology, and subsequently purpose, is sure to save the world.

To work "forward" in any direction sets no goal besides unification. A movement in an ambiguous direction without goals seems somewhat purposeless. There is no big picture besides "working together".
