6. Done. But ain't it amazing, 69% say 'no confidence' in a poll but won't

sign a petition or anything else (generally) to try to stop it. If people raised enough hell, something would have to be done certainly. If nothing else from just the primaries it's been proven it doesn't work right. Therefore, if the fed and state governments keep pushing something that demonstrably doesn't work, isn't that fraud? Subversion of our constitutional right to a free and impartial election?
