The Repugnant-cans in the Florida House want to censure a Democratic Representative who dared to ask tough questions on a piece of legislation they wanted to rush.

Especially if you live in Florida, follow the link & sign the petition. Even if you don't, why not sign? Just edit out the part about being a Florida resident. How funny it will be if Johnnie Byrd (fowl is more like it) got faxes from all over the country protesting his little techniques. Of course, the Orange County Democrats will probably be a little miffed at me for running up their expenses this way...

5. Rep. Bucher had a great line

"It is just amazing what contributions have purchased here today," Bucher said as committee Chairman Frank Farkas, R-St. Petersburg, asked for a committee vote after hearing 45 minutes of testimony on the bill. "I believe strongly that patients will die . . . I think this is a bad bill that was financially greased through the system."
