How true.. and it is not only those two issues. Dennis has a better and progressive position on NAFTA, the Pentagon Budget, Iraq, Education, Healthcare, Unions, Energy, the environment, campaign finacne reform....and so on.

Gonzalez knows that Kucinich has the answers to solve this nation's problems.

You obviously don't understand that the democrats need the Green support in the GE to win.

Gonzalez's endorsement of Kucinich goes a way to help show that Kucinich can unite the left.

I for one won't be voting for Howard Dean if he is the nominee come November 2. The man is a centrist and he can't unite jackshit.

i for one will vote for any of the democratic nominees rather than living the following 4 years thinking, if i had just voted for (fill in the blank) instead of a third party, shrub would have been tossed out.

There are a number of Greens who hold not only state legislature seats, but also mayors, city council members, and other local-level elected offices.

You can dismiss the Greens and progressives all you want. Let the DLC turn the party into the Rockefeller Republican party all you want, just like they've done over the last ten years of their "leadership".

The Democrats will continue to lose seats in the US House and Senate, lose presidential races to talking chimps, and drive voter apathy to new highs never seen before, just like they've done over the last ten years.

Sorry, but Ralph Nader was the best Democrat running in 2000, and 1996 for that matter. Unlike Gore/Clinton, he was not afraid to stand up to encroaching corporate fascism, big money and big media.

But if you somehow think that having two rightwing parties in this country is a good idea, by all means dismiss the progressives and liberals.

But don't be suprised by 2012 if your "Democratic" party is as irrelevant as the Whigs were in 1860.

I swear the one thing that infuriates me the most is the difference between Dean's constant "mis-speaking" and "evolving" and Kucinich's complete record of honesty and total truthfulness. Show me a SINGLE DELIBERATE LIE from Kucinich, anywhere, ever. I've asked for this time and time again and NOBODY has been able to provide it yet. Until you do STOP accusing my candidate of being as conniving as Howard Dean appears to be!

Dennis was in San Fran Monday and Tuesday. Monday night was event with Alice Walker and I heard that Gonzalez endorsed Dennis at that time and then I think he appeared with him on Tues at the SF bar association luncheon event. Maybe someone in San Fran can confirm and fill in details as to Mon and Tues events. I heard the Alice Walker event was great.

Dennis has a lot of support from Greens and other 3rd party members. He is also a staunch democrat, and will not be running 3rd party. Instead, many of those supporters have rejoined the democrats for the primaries. They want a chance to vote for Dennis in the general election, and are working for that goal. Dennis' campaign unites progressives.
