an email I received from the campaign:
The most important thing we can do for the campaign is to participate in the caucuses this Sunday, Feb. 8 2 PM in your area.
The last day to apply to run as a delegate is today, Feb. 4. Get your application in now by going to
http://ca-dem.orghttp://ca-dem.org/delegate_info_2004.php?PHPSESSID=e0780efe9384b792b537d3e1fff61d54, and clicking on how to become a delegate. You will also see the location of your caucus. Please note, we do not have locations in all districts. If Dennis receives enough votes in one of those districts, delegates can be chosen later. Get your application in now, even if no location exists in your district.
This Primary election is our best opportunity to vote our progressive values and create a More Democratic Party. Receiving a good block of votes will translate into delegates for Dennis at the National Convention in July and affect the Democratic Party platform.
Now is not the time to think about "electability" no matter what you may read in the newspapers. The nominee will not be decided until the Convention. YOU can make a difference. Read the attachment from National for the most u to date information. Make copies of it and pass on to your friends and neighbors.
Be a delegate. Go to the Caucuses and vote for others running as delegate, and vote Our Progressive Principles on March 2.
Thanks.

P.S.
If you can articulate Dennis' message, please sign up. We need to stand firm on the convention floor with the a vision of peace and goodwill. We need people who can convince others, others who wish to believe we can create a better world. Please step forward.
