Even though I'm still waiting for the sungenis.com domain name to be transferred back to my preferred hosting service, I do have the PayPal account set up for those who want to contribute.

Here in Vineland, we have two Republicans (not a judgement, an actual fact) running for Mayor with their Council slates. I'm the only independent Democrat in the running, and the people here in town NEED someone who's going to address their issues.

The central platform issues in my campaign are:

Sprawl - Re-evaluating our zoning laws and master plan, with a moratorium on new developments on pristine or otherwise vacant land until the review process is done.

Business - Make it easier for local businesspeople to compete with the mega-conglomerate corporations. Tax breaks for local businesses to locate in our deteriorating downtown. A new department to aid locals in creating and promoting their businesses.

Open-door policy: Our government has for too long bene unresponsive to the people's needs. I will maintain an open door policy and actively fight for what the people in this City need.

There are a number of smaller, local issues I have stands on like the restoration of a historic building downtown, but the three above are the big ones.
