Anyone know of a site with a detailed list of campaign contributors...

that has more recent data than the Center for Responsive Politics?

I'm trying to find recent contributions and when I do searches for corporations' names on the website for Center for Responsive Politics, the most recent date I get for a given contribution is 1998 or 1999. Can anyone point me in the direction of some place that has more recent info?

I tried, but I guess not if you do an individual search. Or are you saying that sometimes maybe some contributors didn't make a contribution for a while? Let me look again...

4. OK here's the deal

I just looked up Salomon Smith Barney on opensecrets. Forgetting about the rest of what I'm after, I am focusing on what their New York, NY division gave to the Republican National Committee. One search showed this:


SALOMON SMITH BARNEY
NEW YORK, NY 4/4/2000 $15,000 Republican National Cmte

SALOMON SMITH BARNEY
NEW YORK, NY 3/31/1999 $15,000 Republican National Cmte


I find it hard to believe they gave in '99 and 2000 and then just stopped. But there's no record of '01 or '02, let alone the past two years. I'm not sure if their records are complete, is what I'm saying
